Beltran Cleaning Service is a fast growing, Residential & Commercial Cleaning Service in Chicago & the NW Suburbs.
Provides personal and administrative support in an organized and timely manner to the CEO. Will work on a variety of tasks related to CEO’s working life and personal life, and provide clear and professional communication to CEO, C-level managers, work associates and customers.
· Manage and organize calendar
· Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
· Track incoming and outgoing correspondence
· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations
· Organize and maintain files and records
· Make travel and accommodation arrangements
· Provide quality customer service
· Manage expenses and bill payments
· Assist in planning and organizing parties and other events
· Conduct research
· Run errands, professional and personal
· Handle other assignments or projects as assigned
This is an unpaid internship
· Ability to communicate in a clear and professional way
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Strong typing skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
· Demonstrated ability to proactively and intuitively identify and resolve issues with strong decision making capability
· Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
· Ability to handle conflict effectively
· Driver’s license required
