Join us.The Process Coach is a key manufacturing leader responsible for process consistency, optimization, and performance for one or two full manufacturing lines in a 24-hour operation. As a core member of the Line Triad, this role uses standard tools and continuous improvement practices to eliminate losses, strengthen capability, and ensure reliable, repeatable execution across all shifts.The Process Coach owns the definition, execution, improvement, and sustainment of standards. By partnering closely with line team members, Operations, Tech Services, Quality, and Engineering, this role drives True Efficiency (TE), reduces waste, and ensures high quality, stable performance.ResponsibilitiesProcess Ownership & OptimizationOwn all manufacturing processes for an assigned production line across a 24-hour operationEnsure consistent execution of standard work across all shiftsIdentify process gaps and variability; lead corrective actions to restore stabilityDevelop, implement, and sustain new standards and tools to drive loss eliminationPerformance Management & Loss EliminationUse structured problem solving and CI tools to eliminate losses, improve TE, and reduce waste and reworkCapture learnings and best practices and translate them into a current best approachTrack, analyze, and report line performance using accurate, reliable dataData Integrity & SystemsOwn data accuracy and integrity for the lineEnsure correct use of performance tracking systems and DMS execution across all shiftsUse data to proactively identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunitiesQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvementStrong understanding of production processes and performance metrics1-3 years of proven analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to influence across shifts and functions without direct authorityComfortable working in a fast paced, 24hour manufacturing environmentThis position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United StatesPreferredBachelor's degree in a related fieldExperience in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods manufacturingBottling, canning, or BIB line experienceLean, Six Sigma, IWS, or continuous improvement backgroundTechnical or engineering education or experienceMust have indefinite right to work in the United StatesUnionized environment experienceLeadership & People SkillsStrong leadership skills with the ability to drive changeExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to give and receive constructive feedbackEffective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and teambuilding skillsAbility to lead a team-based approach to decision making
