Therapy Source is seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-person physical therapy services to 7th- and 8th-grade students at a public middle school for the remainder of the current school year. This part-time opportunity offers 7.5 to 15 hours per week across 1 to 2 days, with flexible scheduling during school hours. Compensation ranges from $65 to $70 per hour. Key Responsibilities Conduct physical therapy evaluations to determine students' eligibility and need for services. Provide therapeutic services that support students' access to and participation in their educational environment. Prepare evaluation reports and contribute to the development and implementation of students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans. Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation and records. Collaborate with school staff and other members of the educational team, including attending school team and IEP meetings as needed. Must Have: Current Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania Ability to provide services in person Up-to-date required clearances, or willingness to obtain them Professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it Preferred: Previous experience providing physical therapy services in a school-based or pediatric setting Experience supporting or participating in IEPs and 504 Plans Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams Why Therapy Source At Therapy Source, we are committed to helping students receive the support they need to succeed.
