Job Description-

We are seeking a Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, automate, and maintain reliable and scalable infrastructure across our cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Terraform and Ansible , with additional expertise in one or more areas such as Kubernetes , Networking , Azure , OpenStack , Active Directory , Grafana , or Prometheus .

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and support highly available infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop automation to manage configuration, provisioning, and scaling of systems.
• Implement and optimize monitoring, alerting, and observability using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure reliability and performance in production environments.
• Drive incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement for system resilience.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
• Ensure adherence to defined security and compliance standards across infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong expertise with Terraform and Ansible.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following:
  • Kubernetes deployment, scaling, and cluster operations
  • Networking cloud and on-prem connectivity, routing, and troubleshooting
  • Azure or OpenStack cloud infrastructure management
  • Active Directory identity and access integration
  • Grafana/Prometheus monitoring and metrics systems
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of Linux systems and automation best practices.

• Experience with high-availability or multi-cloud environments.
• Familiarity with secrets management and identity governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on reliability and scalability.
